very tiny animals on my pepper
Does anyone know what this is and what I should do? Will they destroy my pepper plant? :(

It's nice to be back on the forum btw!

Sorry I was gone so long :(

Hi, Nichen - just curious if you managed to get the aphids under control?

I used to grow peppers in my Aerogardens. But the aphids were a real trial. For some reason, aphids seem less of a problem on my potted peppers. I don't really know if that's a trend or dumb luck, though.

Oh ok thank you so much for the advice! I guess it will be a lot of sprayin from now on. And a total quarantine of at least 30 days before the new setup. Thank you once again for great advice :)

Have had those a lot. Wash them off with running water. Try liquid dish soap as well.

I'd also quarantine the plant in another room or outside. They have a nasty way of migrating.

The last time I had these buggers, I had to kill off 11 Aerogarden setups and my custom hydroponic solution and wait a month before rebooting.

Welcome back, Nichen! Looks
Welcome back, Nichen!

Looks like aphids to me. Especially likely to be aphids if there are any sticky spots developing on the AG deck. Wash aphids off with soapy water, and repeat ad infinitum...
