The Deluxe-B is for SS6,

The Deluxe-B is for SS6, regular-height AG6, and AG3. The Deluxe bulb is for the AG6 Elite+, Pro200, and Deluxe. The naming system is kinda opaque...

Aren't "deluxe B" bulbs

Aren't "deluxe B" bulbs already used in the elite 6 +, pro 200 and deluxe?

I did see them offering "Deluxe B" bulbs which are supposed more powerful but who really knows!

 Thanks everyone. I really

 Thanks everyone.

I really hope the veggiepro is truly a more powerful machine (not just a rebranded elite 6 plus with a trellis).  I'd like to a machine that really ups the lumens.  I think that a lot of us are on the verge of cobbling-together more powerful hydroponic systems, but would be happy to just stick with aerogarden, if they had a more powerful and reasonably priced option.  Perhaps this is it.

I'd like to see them experiment with LEDs (full spectrum - so it's nice in your house, not the alien blue/red only stuff).  While this would take away a profit stream (selling overpriced propietary CFL bulbs), sooner or later everything will move in this direction.  They would probably sell more aerogardens ("more power, greener, less energy, no need to replace bulbs"), and thus more seed kits (the real high margin stuff).

- cheers, ata

I bought a tea flower set off

I bought a tea flower set off Sears store.  They were having it on sale, think it was a christmas present gimmick that they are trying to clear off the shelves now.

MaryH - agreed!

We still need a cucumber machine, IMO. Though people have managed tomatoes and Peat even a cucumber in a classic... we could do better, right?

gisette, I think AG is

gisette,

I think AG is happily settled on the AG6/AG3 combo and it makes life easier for people owning either since you can combine 2 AG3 kits for an AG 6 kit or split an AG6 kits to 2 AG3 kits / seasons.

In the catalog, they had an Elite + configured to include a trellis kit and I think that may lead up to the VeggiePro.  The higher/taller arm is only my speculation or hope since some vegetables are running up against the 24" of the Elite + / Deluxe / Pro 200.   They have also positioned the Deluxe upgrade for both AG6s and Classics so would be nice if they can have a 36" height somewhere down the line.

Welcome, ata! So far I

Welcome, ata!

So far I haven't seen / heard anything but what MaryH said.

Even taller / detachable light hood / comes with trellis / deeper bowl with same surface size&shape, are easy mods I can think of offhand. Maybe also bonus lighting down from the hood? So the lower ends of the plants get more light / more light overall? Possibly an even brighter bulb. I do trust they will not change the pod design / number of pods again. That makes their product line unnecessarily complex.

What else might we like in a VeggiePro device?
