Fantastico volunteer tomato fruit is

spit out awful! I mean yuck yuck yuck! So, don't bother letting this hybrid grow from saved seed unless you just want an ornamental plant. Oh well, lesson learned.....

Forgot to mention fall cucs
Forgot to mention fall cucs doing well - should get another dozen and fall beans ready in a few days. Then that really will be it :-)

Nope! Tastes like the Maxifort root stock volunteer I let grow one year for giggles. Spit out awful. Plant is resting in woods now. No problem, now I can start aerogardens and the one pot left with alfalfa will get more light. I'm about done for the year. Tomato plants out today, one last round of peppers and eggplants. Sweet potato plants doing well, hope they are bulking up down below. Then garden goes to bed for another year....
