I changed the site to send out emails every 20 minutes (less often if you asked for digests less often). Opinions? Is that too frequent?
It's hard to figure the trade-off between too often, vs. starting up a conversation. I'm pretty sure every 10 minutes is too frequent. Once an hour is probably too infrequent to get notice, and then catch someone while they're still on the site.
